Chenrezig: The Heart of Compassion Practice
Chenrezig is a compassion-building practice from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. An accessible practice that can be recited or chanted alone or with others, its focus is developing kind-heartedness by relating to the meditation deity Chenrezig (Avalokiteshvara in Sanskrit), the embodiment of lovingkindness and compassion, and reciting his mantra: Om Mani Padme Hung.
Dharma teacher Tsony will lead us during 6 sessions of study, practice and transmission via Zoom with one Live session on June 2.
