I will lead an in person talk on working with our mind and experiences during challenging times, an opportunity for advancing spiritual growth and for helping others in the world around us.
I will draw key points from Shamar Rinpoche’s book “The Path to Awakening: Convert Adversities into the Path”.
Opportunity for discussion on how we relate to these times an insight into the essence of the teaching will also be provided.
