Dharma Family Gathering in Oneness Centrum Rusava,CZ.

During this friendly time together we will explore the very much actual theme of putting the Dharma into practice in our everyday lives. This is particularly relevant in the turbulent times we are living. We will explore what  we mean by adversity on the path and how it can be turned into an opportunity to practice the Dharma?

To explore cultivating Absolute Bodhicitta we will rely on Gendun Rinpoche´s songs of realisation, which are direct Mahamudra instructions.  We will explore Shamar Rinpoche’s book “The Path to Awakening”, particularly chapter three Convert Adversities into the Path of Awakening and the chapter from Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche´s book Milarepa which describes Milarepa´s challenge from the Wise Demoness to inspire us in cultivating Relative Bodhicitta. We will also look into the Dakini principle, the wrathful dakini energy as well as what western psychologist Carl Gustav Jung described as integrating the anima/animus hidden in our unconscious shadow.

During the retreat we will alternate  meditation sessions, reflexion, teaching and group discussions in order to cultivate absolute and relative Bodhicitta – getting to know our mind and cultivating  intelligence and benevolence to interact with the world in a compassionate and wise way.

There will be space for personal interviews.

 Now is the time to have Dharma in our heart and live it in our lives.
