Practical Meditation

Meditation is widely recognized to relieve stress and fatigue, enhance calmness and clarity, and cultivate mindfulness.

This 4-week class will include explanation and guided exercises, with beginner instructions given at every session.

Four Wednesdays:
January 17 through February 7.
6 to 7 pm.

All are welcome.
