In today’s world of progress and rapid change our professional life, society and interpersonal relationships all make high demands of us.
How can we deal with these demands in such a way as to stay healthy?
By increasing our capacity for self-reflection, we can develop a greater sense of love and tolerance towards ourselves. We can encounter ourselves on friendly terms, so to speak, and experience serenity, contentment and joy to an ever increasing degree. And lastly, we can connect with the foundation of our inner spiritual sanity, which has been there the whole time.
